Description
Enterprise SEO fails differently than small business SEO. Nothing is broken in an obvious way. Instead, 40 location pages compete with each other for the same query, Google Business Profile data drifts out of sync across three internal systems, a template change silently deindexes a whole market, and nobody can prove which channel produced the revenue.
This audit finds those problems and puts a number on each one.
What this audit covers
Location architecture at scale
- Full crawl and index coverage across every location, service, and market page
- Keyword cannibalization mapping — which of your own pages are competing against each other, and which should be consolidated, differentiated, or redirected
- Template-level analysis: one broken pattern replicated across 200 pages is one fix, not 200
- Internal link equity distribution across the location network
- URL, canonical, hreflang, and pagination integrity at volume
Google Business Profile governance
- Completeness and category consistency audited across every listing
- Duplicate, unclaimed, and rogue listing detection — the single most common enterprise local problem
- NAP consistency across your locations, your site, and the major aggregators
- Review velocity and response coverage by location, with outlier identification
- Bulk management and permission structure review
Technical and performance
- Core Web Vitals measured by template, not by sample page
- Rendering and JavaScript audit for locations behind a store locator or dynamic framework
- Schema validation across Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, and Product templates
- Crawl budget analysis — what Google is spending its time on instead of your money pages
Attribution and measurement
- GA4 and conversion event verification across properties
- Location-level attribution: which markets produce revenue and which consume budget
- Call tracking and CRM handoff integrity
- Reporting gap analysis against the metrics your leadership actually asks for
Competitive position
- Share of local search voice by market against your three closest competitors
- Market-by-market opportunity sizing, ranked by revenue potential rather than search volume
- AI search and answer-engine citation baseline
What you receive
- A written audit document structured for circulation to marketing, IT, and finance

- A sequenced 12-month roadmap broken into quarters, with dependencies identified
- A location-level opportunity model you can use to prioritize market investment
- A 90-minute executive readout with your stakeholders
- All raw data and working files — yours permanently, in a portable format
Scope and pricing
$4,997 covers up to 25 locations. Beyond 25, scope is quoted after a short discovery call — the work scales with location count, template complexity, and how many systems your location data lives in.
The full audit fee is credited toward a program engagement started within 90 days.
Who this is for
Multi-location brands, franchise systems, dealer and provider networks, and PE-backed platforms consolidating local businesses. If you operate more than ten locations, or you are about to acquire them, this audit tells you what you are actually buying.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the audit take?
Three to four weeks for up to 25 locations, from the point access is granted. Larger networks are scoped during discovery. We give you a firm delivery date before work begins, not a range.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, and a crawlable staging or production environment. We provide a single documented access request and can work within your SSO, least-privilege, and vendor-access policies.
Can you sign an NDA or MSA before we start?
Yes. We routinely execute NDAs before discovery and work under client-paper MSAs. Send your standard agreement and we will turn it around rather than insisting on ours.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should treat any agency that does as disqualified. Rankings depend on competitor behavior and algorithm changes neither of us controls. We commit to scope, timeline, and deliverables, and we report honestly on what moved and what did not.
Who actually does the work?
You get named individuals, not a rotating pool. The team assigned to your audit is identified before you sign, and the person who runs the readout is the person who did the analysis.
What happens to the data if we do not continue?
You keep everything. All findings, raw exports, and working files are delivered in portable formats and remain yours. No part of the engagement holds your data or accounts hostage.
How is this different from your $497 audit?
Scope and method. The small business audit reviews a single-location site. This one models a location network: cannibalization across markets, template-level defects, listing governance at volume, and location-level attribution — then sequences the fixes across four quarters.
