This Shipping Policy explains how physical products bought on https://mcnmmarketing.com (the “Site”) from MCNM, LLC, doing business as MCNM Marketing (“MCNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), are shipped or picked up. Marketing services, digital products, and hosting plans are delivered online and do not ship.
Where we ship
We ship physical products to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs and local pickup
- Flat-rate US shipping: $6.00 per order.
- Free pickup in Las Vegas: choose “Free pickup in Las Vegas” at checkout and pick up at MCNM, LLC, 5450 W Sahara Ave, Ste. 320, Las Vegas, NV 89146. For pre-orders, we email your pickup times after pre-orders close.
When orders ship
Pre-order and made-to-order items, like Me 2Too tees, are printed in one batch after pre-orders close. Each product page shows the order deadline and the date shipped orders go out, and your order confirmation email repeats them.
After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your address.
Damaged, misprinted, or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number. Damaged, misprinted, and wrong items are replaced or refunded under our Refund Policy.
