The 90-Day Focus Plan Session is a 90-minute one-on-one video session with Michael O. Franklin Jr., founder of MCNM Marketing. Together you pick no more than three priorities for the next quarter, and your written 90-day plan arrives within two business days. The $47 Business Success Toolkit is included.

It’s the hands-on version of Lesson 8 of Focus on What Pays, our free business success training for service business owners. If picking three priorities means saying “not yet” to everything else, a second set of eyes helps.

How the session works

1. Before: we email you within one business day to book your time. Your toolkit downloads are ready right after checkout, so you can run the 5-day time audit and fill in what you can of your scorecard first.
2. During: 90 minutes on video. We walk through your numbers and your week, choose up to three priorities, and write an outcome, a weekly measure and an owner for each.
3. After: your written 90-Day Focus Plan arrives within two business days, with 13 weeks of milestones and the Weekly CEO Hour agenda to keep it moving.

Who runs it

Michael O. Franklin Jr. founded MCNM Marketing in Las Vegas in 2016 and has built websites since 2004. He wrote the Focus on What Pays lessons and runs marketing for businesses across Southern Nevada, Southern California and Northern Arizona.

How do I book a time?

What should I bring?

Your 5-day time audit and whatever weekly numbers you can find: leads, bookings, close rate, average sale, cash collected and reviews. Rough numbers are fine. We’ll work with what you have.

What if MCNM can’t hold my session?

If we can’t begin a service you’ve paid for, we refund it in full, as our refund policy explains.
