Our Story

Founded in 2016 by Michael O. Franklin Jr., MCNM Marketing grew out of more than a decade of hands-on craft — Michael has been designing and building websites since 2004. That combination of deep technical roots and a purpose-built agency means every strategy we run is grounded in real, tested experience, not theory.

What MCNM Stands For: Making Customers Notice Me

Our name is our promise. MCNM means Making Customers Notice Me — and that is the job we do for every client. Meet the Founder

Michael O. Franklin Jr. — Founder

Michael has built and optimized websites since 2004 and founded MCNM Marketing in 2016 to run marketing the way an operator runs a business: on repeatable systems, measured against revenue. His credentials include HubSpot Inbound certification, Adobe Creative Educator Levels 1 and 2, four Adobe Certified Professional certifications earned in 2021–2022, and a 2026 Google Cloud skill badge in Gemini Enterprise. The Adobe and Google badges are verifiable on Credly. He leads MCNM’s Semrush Agency Partner and GoDaddy Pro Reseller relationships and personally oversees strategy across the agency’s client portfolio.
