Frequently asked questions

Do you host my website?

No. You keep your own hosting account, which means you are never locked in. We manage the site inside whatever host you use and will recommend a better one if yours is the bottleneck.

What counts toward the 60 minutes of edits?

Text changes, image swaps, adding a page, updating hours or staff, publishing a post you wrote. New page builds and design work are quoted separately.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

We restore from the most recent clean backup at no additional charge and close the entry point. Sites on a care plan are covered; emergency cleanup for non-clients is billed hourly.

Do you work on sites you did not build?

Yes. We run a technical intake first to document what is there and flag anything that needs fixing before ongoing care begins.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, 30 days notice to cancel, and you keep every backup.
