Partner terms in plain English
- What counts: a new business that uses your link or names you on their audit request within 90 days. Current clients and open leads from the last 90 days do not count.
- First referral wins: if two partners refer the same business, the first one on record gets credit.
- When you get paid: by the 15th of each month, for payments that cleared the month before. We hold each payout 30 days in case of a refund. Payouts under $25 roll into the next month.
- How long it lasts: 10% of collected service fees for the client’s first 12 months.
- Taxes: we ask for a W-9 before your first payout. If your earnings require one, we send you a Form 1099-NEC.
- Be upfront: if you share your link in public, such as on social media, say that you earn a referral fee.
- The fine print: no self-referrals. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice, and we always pay commission you have already earned.

You earn 10% of the service fees your referral pays MCNM Marketing for their first 12 months. A referral who starts the $997 per month Local SEO Starter plan earns you $99.70 a month, or $1,196.40 in year one. There is no limit on how many businesses you can refer.
