Information you give us
When you request a marketing audit, fill out a form, start a chat, call us or speak with our AI assistant, subscribe to our emails, or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address, and the details of your message or order.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.
Comments
If you leave a comment on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it.
Payments
If you purchase a product or service through the Site, payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as WooPayments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Those processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

- Jetpack (Automattic) — site statistics, security, and performance features.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, performance, and security, which may set cookies needed to protect the Site.
- LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) — the forms, scheduling, and chat tools we use to receive and manage your inquiries and to send follow-up communications.
- HubSpot — the customer relationship management (CRM) system where we store contact details, notes, and the history of our communications with you so we can respond and follow up.
- AI assistant (powered by ElevenLabs) — when you call us or use the voice or chat assistant on the Site, your conversation may be handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can respond to your request, schedule your audit, and keep a record in our CRM. The assistant will confirm it is an AI if you ask. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may email us instead.
- MailPoet — email newsletters and subscriber management.
- WooCommerce and its payment, shipping, and tax services — store functionality when you make a purchase.
- Advertising and social platforms (such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat) — where enabled, these tools may use cookies or pixels to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites. You can manage ad personalization in your account settings on each platform.
- Akismet — comment and form spam protection.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on the Site may include embedded content (for example, videos, maps, or social posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, and those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content.
Cross-site tracking, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
Some of the third-party services listed above (for example, Google and Meta) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting; because there is no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, follow-ups about your request, and, where you have opted in, marketing messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile opt-in or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting, CRM, email, payment, analytics, and advertising platforms, who may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, a court order, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MCNM, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if MCNM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business and client records, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognized automatically. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or opt out of certain uses. Nevada law allows residents to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. If that changes, Nevada residents may submit a verified opt-out request using the contact details above.
Email and marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message, and from text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you transactional messages about services you have requested.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
