This page exists because enterprise evaluation asks questions marketing pages usually dodge. Everything below is written so it can be lifted directly into an RFP response or vendor assessment.

Engagement model
Enterprise engagements follow a fixed sequence: diagnose, scope, operate.
The Enterprise & Multi-Location SEO Audit is the priced entry point and produces the roadmap that program scope is built from. Program engagements are quoted after scoping. We do not quote ongoing work before we understand the estate, and we do not publish enterprise retainer pricing, because a published number is either wrong for your scope or anchored to someone else’s.
Pricing structure
Every proposal breaks pricing into four lines so you can evaluate each independently:
- Strategy — planning, roadmap maintenance, quarterly business reviews
- Execution — the production work, priced against defined deliverable volume
- Tooling — platform and data costs, passed through at cost
- Reporting — dashboards, analysis, and stakeholder reporting
Media spend is never marked up. Ad platforms bill your accounts directly.
Team model
The individuals assigned to your account are named in the proposal before you sign, with their role and allocation stated. The person who presents analysis is the person who performed it. Where specialist capacity is added to a program, you are told who and for what scope — we do not present subcontracted work as in-house.
Escalation path and named day-to-day contact are defined at kickoff, not improvised later.
Tooling and data sources
- Search data: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Local: Google Business Profile API and bulk management, local rank grid tracking
- CRM and automation: HubSpot, GoHighLevel
- Web: WordPress, WooCommerce, Cloudflare
Where you already own a platform license, we work inside your instance rather than duplicating cost.
Reporting cadence
- Live dashboard — always on, no waiting for a document
- Monthly — written performance report tied to business outcomes by market, not session counts
- Quarterly — business review with the working team, roadmap re-sequencing, competitive re-assessment
- Ad hoc — same-business-day response on anything broken
Reporting metrics are agreed during scoping. If your leadership measures marketing a particular way, we report in that shape rather than imposing ours.
Data portability and intellectual property
This is usually the clause that matters most and gets read last.
- All accounts — domains, ad platforms, analytics, Google Business Profiles, hosting — are created and held in your name, under your billing
- All content, code, and creative produced under the engagement is your property on delivery
- All data, reports, and working files are exportable in portable formats on request, at any time
- Termination triggers a documented handover, not a hostage negotiation
Nothing in our engagement structure is designed to make leaving expensive.
Security and access handling
- Least-privilege access — we request read-only wherever read-only is sufficient, and we tell you which permissions genuinely require write access and why
- SSO and your identity provider supported where you use one
- Named individuals only; no shared team credentials
- Access is revocable by you at any point without disrupting reporting continuity
- Access inventory documented at kickoff and reviewed at each quarterly business review
- Vendor security questionnaires completed as part of onboarding
Contracting
- NDAs executed before discovery or diligence
- We work under client-paper MSAs and do not insist on our own agreement
- Statements of work define deliverables, cadence, named staffing, and acceptance criteria
- Standard-tier services run month to month; enterprise program terms are set during scoping to match your procurement and budgeting cycle
Onboarding sequence
- Week 1 — kickoff, stakeholder mapping, documented access request, systems-of-record inventory
- Weeks 2–4 — baseline measurement, audit or discovery execution, quick-win identification
- Week 5 — roadmap presentation and sequencing agreed with your team
- Week 6 onward — execution begins against the agreed roadmap, first monthly report at the close of the following month
What we will not do
- Guarantee rankings. Rankings depend on competitor behavior and algorithm changes no vendor controls. Any agency guaranteeing them should be disqualified from your process, ours included if we ever did.
- Run an identical playbook regardless of industry. Scope follows the audit.
- Mark up media spend. Percentage-of-spend models reward the agency for spending more of your money.
- Hold your accounts or data. See data portability above.
- Present subcontracted work as in-house.
References and verification
Client references are available on request during evaluation, subject to those clients’ consent. Where a reference cannot be named for confidentiality reasons, we will say so rather than substituting a vague claim.
We do not publish client logos we do not have written permission to use, and we do not publish performance figures we cannot substantiate on request.
