Founded in 2016 by Michael O. Franklin Jr., MCNM Marketing grew out of more than a decade of hands-on craft — Michael has been designing and building websites since 2004. That combination of deep technical roots and a purpose-built agency means every strategy we run is grounded in real, tested experience, not theory.

Michael O. Franklin Jr. — Founder
Michael has built and optimized websites since 2004 and founded MCNM Marketing in 2016 to run marketing the way an operator runs a business: on repeatable systems, measured against revenue. He holds HubSpot Inbound and Adobe Certified Educator credentials, leads MCNM’s Semrush Agency Partner and GoDaddy Pro Reseller relationships, and personally oversees strategy across the agency’s client portfolio.
MCNM also publishes Digital Media Marketing & Technology News, a publication on marketing, AI, and technology for small business, and operates That’s The Business, a Las Vegas business showcase and directory.
