These Terms govern your use of mcnmmarketing.com and purchase of Royal Priesthood products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

MCNM Marketing LLC — a Nevada limited liability company, headquartered at 5450 W. Sahara Ave, Suite #150, Las Vegas, NV 89146.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to place an order. Minors may use the site with parental supervision, but orders must be placed by an adult.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Pricing and product availability are subject to change. Pricing errors may void an order.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order charges are applied at checkout. Estimated ship dates are listed per product. Delays due to vendor production are communicated via email. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the order enters fulfillment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, typography, crown emblem, MELECH wordmark, product designs — is owned by MCNM Marketing LLC or licensed. Royal Priesthood® is a trademark of MCNM Marketing LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. User Content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content across our marketing. You retain ownership.

7. Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not: reverse engineer or copy our site/products; use the site for illegal purposes; upload malicious code; scrape or republish our content without permission; misrepresent your identity.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Products are sold “as is” with respect to craftsmanship. We warrant craftsmanship defects within 30 days of delivery and per our Returns policy. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCNM MARKETING LLC’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

10. Governing Law

Nevada law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except for small-claims matters.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after an update = acceptance.
