At Royal Priesthood, every piece is handmade to order. Our return policy reflects that craftsmanship commitment.

30-Day Exchange Window

Any Royal Priesthood piece can be exchanged for a different size, color, or equivalent-value SKU within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

  • Unworn (tags attached, no signs of wear beyond try-on)
  • In original packaging (dust bag, tissue, box)
  • Not personalized or monogrammed

Exchanges are free on US orders. Return shipping label emailed within 24 hours of request.

Store Credit or Refund

If no direct exchange is available, you may choose store credit (10% bonus added — a $200 return becomes $220 credit) or a full refund to original payment method (5-10 business days).

Personalized Items

Items with initials, custom embroidery, or Founder’s Edition numbering are final sale — but we guarantee the craftsmanship. Craftsmanship defects are replaced at no cost.

Lifetime Repair Program (Leather Goods)

MELECH Belt, Kingdom Wallet, and Covenant Weekender come with a lifetime stitching and edge-coat repair guarantee. Ship the piece to our Las Vegas repair desk; we’ll restore it and ship it back. You pay shipping one way; we cover the work.

Resole Program (MELECH Regal Runner)

Year 1: Free resole when the original outsole wears through. Year 2 and beyond: Half-price resole ($75). Ship the pair to our Portugal partner; 4-6 weeks turnaround.

What Is Not Returnable

  • Personalized or monogrammed pieces (unless craftsmanship defect)
  • Founder’s Edition numbered items (unless defect)
  • Items without tags or with signs of wear
  • Items past 30 days
  • Candles, gift cards

International Returns

International customers pay return shipping. Store credit issued at exchange rate locked on original order date.

Damaged or Defective

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, text (702) 608-4226 within 7 days. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost and send a prepaid return label for the defective piece.
