White-Label Client Delivery

Partners can deliver infrastructure to their clients under two models. In co-branded delivery, MCNM appears as the infrastructure partner with partner branding alongside — appropriate for partners who want to name-drop MCNM’s A+ BBB rating and 45+ site management record as a trust signal. In fully white-labeled delivery, MCNM stays invisible to the end client and the partner brand handles all client-facing communication — appropriate for partners whose value proposition is being the single trusted source for the client.

Zero Support Burden

Partner clients route all infrastructure support tickets to MCNM’s Las Vegas team — either directly (co-branded) or through the partner (white-labeled). DNS questions, hosting issues, email configuration, SSL renewals, backup restores, malware cleanup — MCNM handles all of it. Partners never wake up to a hosting ticket at 2am. The support SLA is tied to the hosting tier the end client purchased: standard tiers get business-hours support, premium tiers get 24/7 priority support.

Technical Onboarding and Migration

Every new client onboarded through a partner gets free DNS configuration, free WordPress site migration (from any major host), and initial security hardening — the same onboarding every direct MCNM client gets. Partners do not have to handle the technical transition at all. MCNM coordinates the migration with the partner’s client on a schedule the partner controls, which means partners can quote a 24-to-48-hour migration window as part of their own service promise without doing any of the technical work.

Partnership Requirements

MCNM accepts Las Vegas metro-area partners who meet the following standards:

Most partners choose co-branded for B2B clients (where naming a trusted third party adds credibility) and white-labeled for D2C or personal-brand clients.

What happens if I want to leave the partnership?

Partners can exit at any time with no penalty. Clients you onboarded through the partnership can be transferred to you directly (if you want to take over operations), transferred to another partner, or remain with MCNM under a direct relationship (at standard retail pricing). We hand back clean records of every domain, hosting account, and email account you brought in.

Can I white-label MCNM’s SEO or design services too?

Not yet. The initial partnership covers only the GoDaddy reseller infrastructure (domains, hosting, email, SSL, security). Expanded white-label offerings — including Las Vegas Google SEO, GEO optimization, and WordPress design — are on our 2026 roadmap and initial cohort partners get first access when they launch.

Is there a contract or legal agreement?
