MCNM Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services, including Google Ads management, local SEO, AI marketing automation, and related consulting, on a monthly subscription basis. Because our services involve custom strategy development, campaign setup, and labor performed on your behalf, service fees are non-refundable once work has begun for a given billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your service will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your request.
Google Ad Grants Advertising
For clients enrolled in our Google Ad Grants management service, advertising spend is provided directly by Google as an in-kind grant and is not billed by MCNM Marketing. Our management fees for administering the grant account follow the same cancellation and refund terms described above.
